This was a tough one. Anatomy was a 2-1-2. Could not maintain either apical patency, in fact never got the MB1. Can see two apical portals of exit. I removed the isthmus making this a 1-2 with a very deep split. This is CaOH if blow up PA can see split in last 1-2mm. Completed in Mendota.
