7-8=15 This tooth was only necrotic in DB root! Huge calcifications protecting palatal canal. Inflamed tissue in that canal though.

started about 4mm ended up about 1mm
So I broke an SX tip a little past half way in MB2 when doing my initial opening. Sometimes the SX if it’s up high is easy to retrieve, NOT this one! Had to go through the whole series, 6-8, of ProUltra Endo Tips from Ruddle to retrieve the separated tip. Added an extra half hour but able to cleanse and shape MB2 no problem after that.
