Dental clotting agent and/or weak membrane
Dental clotting agents can also be thought of as weak membranes. I have found Hemcon can handle the worst but is also the strongest so typically hat is my last line of defense. Typically I will use a collagen product or ActCel for bleeding.
Dental clotting agents by name
There are many different clotting agents on the market for dental care. The strongest one is Hemcon. The best for slow bleeders is probably an at home mouthrinse of 5% Tranexamic Acid.
Gelfoam Dental Pack Upjohn – absorable gelatin sponge
Benacel by Unicare Biomedical – biocompatible oxidized cellulose and contains no chemical additives
