CanalPro is better than a plain irrigating syringe IF you are working alone.  Otherwise it takes longer than doing it the traditional, and less expensive, way.  I would say this would be a nice product if you do endo by yourself or with limited assistant, ie if your assistant gets up to answer phone or seat the patients.  My assistant sits with me the whole time so this is just another line to get in the the way.  I don’t like the tips on this system.  I like the metal one tips like Ultradent has and I hate these flexible tube like tips that the canalpro irrigator uses.  I also don’t like the fact that the suction is only useful if you are deep into the canals.  Since the suction is set at a certain height, whenever you are high in the canal or in the chamber the suction is too high to be doing anything.
