CanalPro Ultrasonic Irrigator is a continuous ultrasonic irrigator that research says is the best.  I have a lot of studies on solutions and irrigation techniques here.  The problems I see are multiple and not worth the advantages to me.  The tip size is 35 meaning it won’t work in a lot of canals and it is just a lot of tubes and stuff to have to deal with.  I tested the CanalPro irrigator also and found that only slightly more useful.
