58 year old RCT!!! Retreated today, probable surgery also.  Draining facial fistula probings WNL. I was guessing this was a cast post and core #70 wire length PA.  Root ZX II was useless on this case   CaOH Troughed around cast post with elongated round and then piezo this out very easily
